The Les Paul Foundation, whose mission is to honor the legacy of Les Paul, has announced the appointment of a new Advisory Council. The Les Paul Advisory Council is made up of a prestigious group of influential music industry friends, colleagues and educators. They will be helping to further the mission of the Foundation.

Steve Rosen recently finished writing his book on his longtime friendshipwith Edward Van Halen. Titled, Tonechaser – Understanding Edward: My 26-Year Journey with Edward Van Halen, the hardback book traces Rosen’s friendship with the late, great guitar player, beginning in 1977 – prior to Van Halen’s debut release – and running through 2003.
