August Burns Red - Leveler
Mannheim, PA metalcore thrashers August Burns Red have upped the ante with a new release off their upcoming fourth studio album, Leveler.
The song, entitled “Divisions,” was released today, and is the third track on Leveler which hits shelves and the Internet on June 21st. Clocking in at about three-and-a-half minutes, “Divisions” packs a hardcore wallop.
“’Divisions’ is a chaotic dirty track. It’s dark lyrically and Jake (Luhrs, vocalist) absolutely shreds his vocal chords on this song,” said guitarist JB Brubaker of the track. “I think it is one of the most diverse and strongest vocal performances he has ever given. This song also has the weirdest timed breakdowns on the entire album. We dare you to figure it out!”
