Four independent amp channel models (Clean, Crunch, Metal, and Insane) come preset with tone and effects settings carefully tweaked by the patients at Line 6’ s Sound Design Asylum. This compact powerhouse has a dedicated distortion boost, noise gate, and the revolutionary Smart Control FX. Metal This monster truck of tone delivers a tight bottom-end that’s big, powerful, and fast. Use this amp model to get a punch, high-gain metal sound. Insane Our goal with Insane was to provide you with as much distortion as possible short of complete meltdown. Crank up the Drive control and prepare to dominate. EFFECTS: With six different effect types (two simultaneous), getting the right sound is easy. Spider II 15 packs six Smart Control FX including, Phaser, Chorus/Flanger, Tremolo, Sweep Echo, Tape Echo, and Reverb. All effects can be easily tweaked and delay times can be adjusted using tap tempo.
