Classic rocker Eddie Money is “Shakin’” up AXS TV, as the network announced today plans to film the beloved showman’s—and star of the AXS TV original series Real Money—May 25th concert at the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, Michigan. The network will broadcast the concert at a later date.

Two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Nash burst on to the scene during the British Invasion with The Hollies before he formed the legendary supergroup Crosby, Stills and Nash in 1968 with David Crosby and Stephen Stills. As Nash prepares to launch a European tour in July, Rhino looks back at some of his best-known recordings from the past 50 years in a new anthology featuring more than a dozen unreleased demos and mixes.

Before playing its final show on May 5, 1968, Buffalo Springfield released three studio albums on ATCO during an intense, two-year creative burst. Those albums – Buffalo Springfield, Buffalo Springfield Again, and Last Time Around – have been newly remastered from the original analog tapes under the auspices of Neil Young for the new boxed set: What’s That Sound? The Complete Albums Collection.

AXS TV, the premier destination for classic rock programming, announced today the start of production for season two of the network’s popular original countdown series The Top Ten Revealed—slated to premiere this summer. The upcoming eight-episode season is hosted and executive produced by Katie Daryl, joined by a rotating panel of music icons and experts who will be on hand to discuss the most legendary bands and songs whose influences can still be felt in the modern rock scene.

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) today announced executive positions that will lead electric guitar product development and lifestyle product licensing, as well as the addition of two new master builders to its prestigious Fender Custom Shop. Max Gutnik joins Fender as VP, Fender Electric Guitars and Basses; Dan Heitkemper assumes the new role of VP, Licensing and Merchandising; and both Ron Thorn and Kyle McMillin join the Fender Custom Shop’s team of esteemed Master Builders.

Since 2011, Craig Hunter Ross has photographed over 400 nationally known bands and artists and has done personal photo work for clients such as Cher, Ricky Martin, Bret Michaels, Bruno Mars, REO Speedwagon, Chris Rock, The Struts and countless WWE Hall of Famers (Oh yeah, he does TONS of pro wrestling photography too).

Legend, music pioneer, and amazing blue-eyed soul stylist Gregg Allman can proudly lay claim to being one of the all time great, influential, landmark artists in rock history. After some forty five years making music with his esteemed Allman Brothers Band, the ABB retired last October 2014 after playing an acclaimed slate of finale shows at New York’s Beacon Theater.

I put together a little piece called The Picks of Rock and Roll. This included treasures I had received from Billy Gibbons, Ritchie Blackmore, Frank Zappa, Rory Gallagher, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix [I’d never interviewed Clapton or Hendrix but I did see both of them in concert very early on and got the roadies to give me picks that were lying right on top of their amps].
