The Petar Jankovic Ensemble (PJE) is no stranger to the pages of Guitar International, and has recently released a follow up to their highly acclaimed debut, From Spain to Tango. (Com)Passionate, the sophomore effort by PJE is a masterful recording which features a new dynamic, atmosphere, and more mature context for the group.

StrapGraphics has been in the business of designing custom leather straps since 2011. The brain child of two college friends who combined their experience in textile manufacturing and design to come up with this unique approach for treating leather, then printing on it.

After an extensive tour of Europe and Asia earlier in 2014, Deep Purple is currently touring North America in support of their 19th studio CD, Now What!?. On one of their last shows on this US trek, the band stopped by the Mayo Center in Morristown NJ on August 24, 2014. Deep Purple are the forefathers of heavy metal and wrote the book on steel belted screams and driving soulful riffs.

As one of the most famous bands of the late ‘60s, Jefferson Airplane garnered large audiences with their breakthrough album Surrealistic Pillow featuring hits like ‘Somebody to Love’ and ‘White Rabbit.’ Unless you are a big Airplane fan, it is likely you know little about their 4th studio album Crown of Creation. That’s why I am reviewing the album for you here today, to draw attention to an amazing piece of work by 6 talented musicians.
