In 2008, the band announced that rehearsals had begun for a summer tour in support of their 20th anniversary and would start working on a new CD with producer Toby Wright. Unfortunately in June 2011, the band parted ways with lead vocalist and bassist, Evan Seinfeld and Scott Roberts who was in the band from 2002-2005 returned to replace him. The new album, Reborn in Defiance, was released with Evan on vocals worldwide on January 20, 2012, with the exception of North America through the Nuclear Blast
