Bloodstock Open-Air Festival (BOA) was inaugurated in 2001, by renowned fantasy artist, Paul Raymond Gregory and run by the Gregory Family, respectively.
BOA is set to host another scintillating music-spectacle, gathering metal enthusiasts from all over the world in the grounds of Catton Park, Derbyshire, U.K., from August 6-9, 2015.
Bloodstock is one of the key European festival epicentres for metal music, featuring internationally- acclaimed bands, musicians and visual artists for a pure unadulterated ‘Heavy Metal’ experience.
Encompassing around 15,000 metal-loving attendees, this year is set to be the biggest and most successful Bloodstock to date.
Cynosure Guitars are participating as featured special guest Visual Artists in the newly-inaugurated Rock And Metal (RAM) Gallery, for the second time around.
The Gallery will feature works, between the marriage of Art and Heavy Metal, including that of Paul Raymond Gregory, Mark Wilkinson, Alison Richards and Ramon Martos.
Cynosure Guitars will be promoting their unconventional instruments (known as “functional Art”) within the RAM Gallery, as well as presenting the commissioned Rock And Metal (RAM) Guitar – a hand-carved 3-dimensional human skull/ram horn hybrid, much akin to the Greek deity, Pan.
Rock and Metal icons, such as Rob Zombie, Black Label Society, Cannibal Corpse, Sepultura, Within Temptation, to name a few, will bring their talent to three stages over the event’s 4 day duration.
With the RAM Gallery, Paul Raymond Gregory illustrates his belief in supporting visual and aesthetic artists as much as musicians (which Bloodstock does with its ‘New Blood’ stage).

Cynosure Guitars are no strangers to producing concept guitars. During 2013, Cynosure Guitars built a series of postmodern guitars featuring technologies and thematics of differing eras of Industrial Revolution that were exhibited at the World-renowned Art fair, ‘Art Basel’.
In addition, Cynosure Guitars built the Official Bloodstock Guitar for the 2014 festival, which symbolised and pronounced the concept and atmosphere in a specifically-designed inverted cross guitar.
