In a career first, iconic and Grammy-winning rock band YES will perform three of their classic albums in their entirety, all in one concert, on a special tour in 2013: 1971’s The Yes Album, 1972’s Close to the Edge and 1977’s Going for the One.

Jazz Standards for Solo Guitar is the latest book release by Boston based guitarist, and Associate Professor at Berklee, John Stein. Containing 10 classic jazz standards arranged for solo guitar, this book uses detailed analysis and descriptions of each tune to go beyond simply presenting these charts to the reader to learn on their own. It is the analysis and accompanying CD, alongside the creative arrangements themselves, that makes this learning package a welcome addition to any guitarist’s practice room.

Les Frères Méduses (The Jellyfish Brothers) is perhaps one of the most imaginative and exciting classical guitar duo’s performing today. Featuring guitarists Randall Avers and Benoît Albert, both who are equally accomplished as solo performers in their own right; this duo offers a breath of fresh air to the classical guitar world. Philadelphia native, Kurt Rosenwinkel, has been a strong voice in modern Jazz for several years now. A solid standards player, he is also a prolific composer. Kurt is also a past winner of The National Endowment for the Arts Composer’s Award.
