Damon Johnson, ex-singer/guitarist of ’90’s hard rockers Brother Cane, is now the ex-guitarist of Alice Cooper’s band. He left on good terms, taking the offer to play guitar in Thin Lizzy, the legendary Irish hard rock band.

Replacing Johnson will be Australian guitarist Orianthi Panagaris, and she will have big shoes to fill in Cooper’s band, but her experience as Michael Jackson’s guitarist gives her a pretty impressive resume. Check her out getting’ down to some slow blues in the video below.

According to Bravewords.com, Johnson expressed his gratitude with a goodbye Facebook update earlier today, saying “I love you, Alice Cooper. And Chuck, Tommy, Steve, and Glen. And Keri, Jimmy, Eric, Ryan, and Tommy C. With all my heart.”
