Michael Jackson’s jacket from the iconic music video for “Thriller” will be going up for auction later this June as part of Juliens Auctions Music Icons Exhibition. The auction, which will be held in Beverly Hills, California, will also include memorabilia from artists such as The Beatles, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Kurt Cobain, Madonna, Frank Sinatra, Garth Brooks, The Grateful Dead, Ozzy Osbourne, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, The Ramones, Elvis Presley, Fleetwood Mac, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and others.

Proceeds from the sale of the “Thriller” jacket, which is expected to go for between $200,000 and $400,000, will go to the The Shambala Preserve, which is the current home of Jackson’s two pet Bengal tigers, “Sabu” and “Thriller”. The two tigers have been living at the preserve since Jackson left Neverland Ranch in 2006.

Also on the auction block are a Les Paul guitar signed by Les himself, a Michael Jackson American Music awards glove, a John Entwistle of the Who signed bass guitar, Prince handwritten lyrics for “Electric Intercourse,” an Elvis Presley original TCB necklace, handwritten lyrics from Johnny Cash, a stage worn Denim Jacket from Bruce Springsteen Born to Run tour (also on the cover of the December 1984 Rolling Stone Magazine), an Eric Clapton signed Blackie Fender guitar, and many more historic items.
