Artic Monkeys Suck it and See
Suck It and See, the title of the Artic Monkeys’ new album, has been determined to be unacceptable for display in some U.S. Supermarkets. It will consequently be sold with a sticker over the title on the front of the album, although the title will still be visible on the side.
The British garage rockers told XFM in an interview that a few major supermarkets in the US told them that the title was too “disrespectful and rude.”
Frontman Alex Turner was very matter of fact: “They think it is rude, disrespectful and they’re putting a sticker over it in America in certain stores, big ones.”
