AudioRockit Launches New Website

By: Staff

A new web service called AudioRokit.co.uk launched this month that is designed to show musicians which record labels, publishers and managers are currently looking to sign new acts, as well as gig opportunities.

Recently launched, the website makes the whole process of pitching music more efficient and targeted, and will be very useful to musicians and song writers wanting to get their music heard. Rock guitarist Billy Pearce explains:

“I am excited by how easy I can see which record labels and managers are looking for new music to sign. I can browse opportunities and submit direct to those opportunities all from within one place, which saves me time and a great deal of hassle.”

Audio Rokit comes with a built in song management tool, allowing it’s members to upload their music and profile to the Audio Rokit server, and then pitch their music to pre-listed music opportunities with ease.

Dave from Audio Rokit says, “Audio Rokit provides a state-of-the-art audio management system that is designed to remove friction from the pitching process. We are big on usability and understand that musicians are bombarded with web services, so ours needs to be ultra-simple, fast and provide quality opportunities from the music industry.

Already endorsed by successful musicians and published songwriters, the future looks bright for AudioRokit and its members. Record label CEO Shabs commented, “This will help a lot of composers place their songs, as well as giving artists a chance to go direct to the companies that are actively searching for new talent.”

We asked Darren, the founder of AudioRokit.co.uk why he developed the web service and what his hopes are for its future.

“I needed a better way to find who is looking for new music, and to get my music to them. I am a songwriter and couldn’t believe how long it takes to get your music through to the right people.

The whole website was designed around the needs of the A&R first. We knew that if they found value with the service, it would ultimately benefit musicians.”

Creating a profile with AudioRokit is free, and full membership (required to use the internal pitch system) is just £6.99/month with no restriction on how many people you can pitch to.

I have been an audiorokit subscriber for a couple of month now, and they really are the buisiness. They have so many opportunities on their site and get more in each day, you can tell they are working really hard and are serious about this. The support is fantastic and you get a real feeling they genuinly care. I have had interest from several companies and have had great feedback. Worth every penny.
