Description
If you’re getting into jazz, Delta blues, alt-country, slide and even rock, this Godin 5th Avenue archtop will take you back to the 1950s era of early classics, even Western Swing. This model was built with a lot of research to its acoustic dynamics and has more projection and volume than you would expect from a traditional looking jazz guitar.
This guitar features a sweet looking top constructed from Canadian wild cherry, as well as the sides using the same laminated cherry wood with a cream binding. The neck is made of Silver leaf maple and you’ll enjoy running up the rosewood fingerboard. You can keep the guitar set up right with its adjustable Tusq bridge by Graphtech. The cool F-hole looks and contoured high-gloss headstock gives the 5th Avenue a beautiful satin sheen that brings back memories of 19th Century French polish.
