Description
During the early ‘70s, Fender made a bold move and redesigned their legendary solid-body Telecaster into a hollow-body and called it a Thinline. The 1972 Fender Telecaster Thinline has had its share of guitar fanatics since it was introduced. Harnessing the Tele with dual Humbuckers gave the guitar some throatier tone. This reissue of the ’72 Thinline is not only a classic design, but is authentic in detail to the original. With its semi-hollow ash body, 7.25” radius fingerboard, 6-saddle string-thru-body bridge, nickel silver frets and the single f-hole, it’s a cool axe to crank up and it comes with a deluxe gig bag.
