One of the most tuneful and articulate bass combos available, the NEOX400-112T 1x12 cab combines the best of the Genz•Benz GBE 600 Bass Amp and the NEOX design for outstanding features, power, and tone in a compact package. Same preamp design as the GBE 600 with F.E.T. and 12AX7 tube preamps and footswitchable features. High-powered 12" cast-frame aluminum neodymium loudspeaker and compression tweeter are powered by a high-voltage, high-current power amp design for quick transient power made for real-world speaker loads.Cutting-edge neodymium speakers are high in power yet light in weight. Strong, lightweight Baltic and domestic plywood exteriors, unique x-pattern porting system to reinforce dynamic low frequency fundamentals, quick transients for articulate mid definition and expressive finger attack. All NEOX models feature a ferrofluid-cooled compact compression tweeter for enhanced highs and an 18dB/octave crossover with a tweeter level control. The jack plate offers Speakon or 1/4" input connections.
