Bio
Levi is a young musician, teacher, transcriber and journalist based in North West London, England. He has a long classical background in music, and several qualifications to show for it. After reaching the top of his game in graded electric guitar and classical guitar, Levi began study at the Guitar Institute London (with University of East London) and has nearly completed his Degree Bmus (Hons) in popular music performance.
Through his education Levi has developed a great deal of appreciation for all styles of music. In particular focusing a lot of attention on funk, soul, jazz and, of course, advanced rock and metal technique.
As a teacher Levi has been found writing courses and teaching at the Guitar Institute in classroom settings and of course a healthy private student base both at his residence and online via skype to students around the world.
As a transcriber Levi works for a large client base with big names receiving work such as Tom Quayle, Brett Garsed, Daniele Gottardo and TJ Helmerich. In a more professional setting his work can be found at bluesjamtracks (jamtrackscentral) and in the webzine “the sound.”
Levi proudly plays Suhr Guitars and Jam Pedals.
