Michael Schenker and the bad boys of the Scorpions, Francis Buchholz [bass] and Herman Rarebell [drums] have teamed up for an all-star tour of the U.S. this Spring. Tonight’s show lands Michael’s Temple of Rock line-up in New York City at the Gramercy Theater on April 15, 2015. To my knowledge this is the first US tour where Francis and Herman have played together since Francis left the Scorpions in the early ’90s.

Gigantour touched down in New York City at none other than the legendary Hammerstein Ballroom on August 7th. The opulent venue was originally constructed as an Opera House in 1906, but tonight’s show would be a much different type of music than it was a designed for, a music that will rock the old ballroom off its foundation and possibly level it.

Tuesday night, June 11th, the legendary Iridium Jazz Club in New York played host to guitarist, Zakk Wylde, for his Book Tour of Doom. It was the second of three sold out nights!
