On June 8th and 9th, PRS Guitars hosted their ninth “Experience PRS” open house event. This year’s event saw record attendance, which has more than quadrupled since the debut Experience PRS in 2007. During the course of the two-day event, attendees were treated to artist-led clinics, non-stop concert performances, factory tours, interactive areas to stain figured maple and check out gear (including the new Silver Sky guitar and MT 15 amplifier).

AXS TV, the premier destination for classic rock programming, is bringing a beloved U.K. series stateside as the network presents season one (11 episodes) of The Ronnie Wood Show, making its U.S. debut on Wednesday, July 11. The program will air two episodes each week back-to-back at 8pE/5pP and 8:30pE/5:30pP respectively, with encore broadcasts every Sunday night

AXS TV unveils a one-two punch of original primetime summer rock programming, kicking off on Sunday, July 1 with new episodes of The Top Ten Revealed, hosted by Katie Daryl, at 9pE/6pP, followed by the series premiere of Trunkfest, hosted by Eddie Trunk, at 9:30pE/6:30pP. Each series will consist of eight all-new episodes.

The Les Paul Foundation, whose mission is to honor and share the life, spirit and legacy of Les Paul through the generations has announced multi-GRAMMY™ Award winning composer, producer, arranger and guitarist, Nile Rodgers, to be honored with the third annual Les Paul Spirit Award at this year’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. The award will be presented to Rodgers on Saturday, June 9th, 2018, the same day Les Paul would have turned 103 years old. Previous recipients of the prestigious Les Paul Spirit Award were Grateful Dead founding member Bob Weir (2016) and U2’s The Edge (2017).
