The guitar an all-solid body Gruene Saratoga with Honduran mahogany b/s, Alpine spruce top (aged 15 years), maple binding, natural abalone inlay with a headstock torch donated by Gruene guitars owners – John  and Peggy Byers of San Antonio, TX.
