This week Cleveland will host Les Paul – The Tour with free local entertainment each day, an exclusive look inside the world of Les Paul and the opportunity to interact with the state-of-the-art technology produced aboard the mobile touring vehicle for all to enjoy. The tour and experience is free as is all of the local entertainment and bands scheduled to perform. It’s all part of the 100th Anniversary Celebration of Les Paul.

Walking about the grounds at the Sweetwater event called GearFest 2015 you hear music rolling out of the tents where exhibitors have hundreds of guitars staged for playing.
Today’s the BIG day at Sweetwater where GearFest 2015 crowds are expected to swamp the place, all checking out the music gear of nearly 400 vendors, meet some of their favorite recording artists, learn about audio techniques from world experts and just to be part of the largest private music gear show on the planet – that said, let me assure you that Sweetwater opens the event to the public.
Rain hit hard today at Sweetwater’s GearFest 2015 and umbrellas became the gear of the moment, until the bad weather passed and the crowds found their way back to the big white tents filled with musical instruments; audio equipment and a spot set-aside for vintage and “open box” stuff.
