A phalanx of world class musicians held their ground on the stage at the ELLNORA Guitar Festival 2013 [September 3-7] with performances of blues, roots, flamenco, rock, classical, jazz, ragas and a rich array of music that wowed the audiences at the University of Illinois, Krannert Center for Performing Arts, Urbana, Illinois.

The Indianola, Mississippi-born “King of the Blues Guitar,” who cut his professional teeth as a resident of the St. Louis suburb of Lovejoy, Ill., cemented his legacy with his Stax Records debut album.
