The T.J. Martell Foundation for Cancer Research has announced GuitarTown Kids Nashville, a public arts project to benefit pediatric cancer research. The Foundation has partnered with the Gibson Foundation on the project.

GuitarTown Kids Nashville draws together several of Nashville’s art students and celebrities to raise funds for cancer research at flagship hospitals across the United States. The project focuses on kids helping kids fight cancer while creating beautifully hand painted Gibson guitars.

Adding a bit of star-studded country flair are legendary musical artists including Dolly Parton, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Reba McEntire, Kacey Musgraves, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton, Kix Brooks and Miranda Lambert. Also included in the collection are guitars autographed by Desmond Child, Lily Hiatt, Kelsea Ballerini, Cole Swindell, Jake Owen, and Kane Brown.

A total of 29 guitars were created for the project.
