In July 2026, the book, Modern Harmony for Guitar, by Argentinian born, Pablo Pescatore, was released. It is a method book that demonstrates the various options available to a musician for arranging or re-harmonizing a song. The book is published by Play Music and distributed across Europe by Hal Leonard.
Pablo Pescatore’s next book, Speed and Precision on Guitar, is scheduled to be released in October and will cover various guitar techniques such as: alternate picking, sweep picking, string skipping, tapping, and more. It features progressive examples designed to help achieve clear, fluid playing.
And if that’s not ambitious enough, Pablo anticipates publishing his tenth book later in 2026.
In addition to his career teaching, he’s busy conducting classes at various institutions and training students in different countries, as well as working on new songs with his producer friend, Sebarock.
Endorsed by several music brands, Pescatore works with several companies that include Skull Strings and Straps Torres.
About Pablo Pescatore: Guitarist/composer Pablo Pescatore was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in December 1974. He began his musical studies at 14, specializing in electric guitar technique as applied to hard rock and neoclassical metal styles.
Pablo was admitted to the prestigious jazz school, The Academia E.F.I.M.U.S. [School for the Comprehensive Training of Musicians] where for seven years he studied classic guitar, music theory, and harmony with outstanding teachers. He completed his degree requirements and attended clinics and masterclasses on various instruments; he graduated with high honors, obtaining the diploma of “Professor of Guitar, Music Theory and Solfege,” personally awarded by his professors, Hector Lopez Furst and Julio Rocella.
In addition to performing in different bands and completing various solo projects, Pablo is a published author on the subject of learning styles and has taught the classical and electric guitar for more than 20 years. His books are available from Hal Leonard, Mel Bay, Apple, Amazon, Google, Apple and other platforms.
