Guitar International’s publisher and award winning songwriter, Rick Landers, will perform with Jeff Smith and Dave “Kawika” Fiely on Saturday, February 5, 2002, on Facebook Live’s Diversionary Tactics Show. The three award winning songwriters decided to join forcers for an evening of original songs, with each of them offering up their unique styles.

While Smith’s regular gigs reflect a passion for the blues and roots folk, Fiely’s originals veer toward the Hawaiian Islands with his fine Slack Key stylish riffs coupled to island love songs and others that honor the Hawaiian culture. Landers’ original’s are an eclectic mix of original songs that have the feel of contemporary Folk and Americana, sometimes with a hint of jazz and sometimes Country good humor.
Jeff, Rick and Dave will offer up 3o minute sets where they’ll play together for the first time on Fiely’s new professionally built stage. Jeff Smith has been podcasting during the pandemic to keep reaching out and touching base with his growing fan base. A talent to check out for sure!
