The museum will offer Glen Campbell fans and music enthusiasts a multi-media immersion into the life and genius of Glen Campbell, including his work with the legendary studio session players known as The Wrecking Crew. Glen’s hard won fame gained traction with a series of hit songs, including “Gentle on My Mind”, “By the Time I Get to Phoenix”, “Wichita Lineman”, “Galveston”, “Rhinestone Cowboy”, “Dreams of an Everyday Housewife”, and “Southern Nights”.

And many will recall Glen’s acting debut with John Wayne in True Grit, and how his celebrated career included his own television series, The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour, as well as James Keach’s film, I’ll Be Me, that won a Grammy Award for Best Sound track and “I’m Not Gonna Miss You” was nominated for an Oscar and penned by Julian Raymond and Glen Campbell.

The museum will open in the heart of downtown Nashville at the corner of Broadway and 2nd Avenue and feature 4,000 square feet filled with early artifacts of Glen’s early life, many of his guitars, stage clothing, personal family photos, his treasured golf equipment and many other legendary items.

And when the sun goes down in Music City USA, the museum will transform into The Rhinestone Stage, an entertainment venue that will become a landmark destination for Nashville visitors from around the globe.
