The shape's the same, and so are the Deltatone pickups and deluxe hardware, but the body is now made of non-veneer ash or alder for more resonance and tone. The neck has been given a new shape with rolled edges and more highly finished frets for greater playability. The nut is more detailed to eliminate rattles and improve tuning stability.
