Strat #4...and more (January 6, 2005) Here is vision number 4...this one has become one of my favorites...the colors really feel right, and the way they wrap the Fender body feels right. Some people who have never seen the back of the Fenders think that the images just stop in the front...far from the truth...they wrap around the entire piece. That's why they are so hard to paint...the pieces revolve as I paint (more secrets later...). Here's is one of the Fenders that Paul Stewart commissioned from me...this is a rare shot...I actually have a picture of the finished piece!!! It's a killer... The image below will give you an insider's view of what I do for a living...this is an installation shot of an exhibition of some of my work. The exhibition is titled, "BARRIOS", and it was exhibited in NY, Des Moines and West Palm Beach, FL. ...yes, I know....wild... peace... |
