Some Girls Deluxe Version CD
Rolling Stones fans! According to a press release from Total Assault, a new deluxe and super deluxe reissue of Some Girls, the Stones’ 1978 album will be released on November 21st. Featured in the super deluxe version will be 2 CDs, a DVD, hardback book, 5 postcard set, Helmut Newton print, a poster, and a 7” vinyl of “Beast of Burden”/”When The Whip Comes Down.” Check out this video to see the contents of the super deluxe package.
Following on the heels of that release will be a never-before-heard, previously unreleased song “No Spare Parts,” coming out as a limited edition exclusive 7” vinyl on November 25th. The digital download is avaliable now at online retailers like iTunes and Amazon. “No Spare Parts” gives fans just a taste of the 12 previously unreleased bonus tracks that come with both the deluxe and super deluxe versions. Also included on the reissue of Some Girls will be “We Had It All,” “Don’t Be A Stranger” and “I Love You Too Much.”
The press release assures that “Thirty-three years on from its original release, the re-mastered, expanded, Super-Deluxe edition of Some Girls shows why the 1978 album has often been hailed as the equal of Exile On Main Street.
